"Ruth is a young woman living on a remote farm in a faraway fjord at the end of 1920′s Norway. Her parents have passed, and she is trying her best to tend the farm herself and take care of the cows. In Milkmaid, you must milk the cows and make delicious dairy produce that your friend Erlend sells for you in the village. You learn about the life in the beautiful but lonely countryside, and you explore the surroundings and learn about Ruth’s life and her parents’ demise. But a feeling that something is wrong is growing. Is this the life Ruth wants? Is this her future? And why do tools go missing, and even worse - the cows? Ruth’s world gets turned upside down when a spacecraft appears over her head..."
